Story Submission

The Story Submission Contest

This contest is going to be less about chance and luck and more about YOU!

In order to enter you must submit a story in the comments (or through the "Contact Me" form on the right-hand side of the blog) telling me about your struggles with your weight, PCOS, or both.

Prizes for the Story Submission Contest include:

A Plexus goody box that will include:

·       A 3 day trial of Plexus slim and accelerator

·       You will also have the opportunity to receive 10 bonus points if you enter the Plexus weight loss challenge which I will be announcing this week.  

Rules

Submissions will be accepted from midnight Central Standard Time on March 24^th, 2014 until midnight Central Standard Time on April 6^th, 2014 any submissions received outside of these times and dates will not be accepted and will be ineligible to win any prizes.

Winner will be chosen, by me, from the stories submitted during the contest. The winner will be contacted within the week following the contest and will have 48 hrs to claim their prize. Should they not contact me prior to the end of the 48 hrs a 2^nd winner will then be chosen and given the 48 hrs to respond.

All entrants must be 18 years or older and reside within the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. Any entrants found to not meet the age or location requirements will be removed from the contest and no longer be eligible for the Plexus prize.

Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other products.
