Dance your booty off!

Okay, so today was like day 10 or so of working out in the gym. I haven't seen any lbs lost yet, however, I have seen a difference in the way my clothes are fitting and in the way I feel. Of course, the way I feel is chalked up to Plexus because when I forget it, working out becomes 10x harder. 

So, Tuesday I had to workout by myself since my workout partner was unable to make it. Since I was there by myself I decided to push myself even harder so that I wouldn't be tempted to slack off just because I could. Well it worked! I ended up doing 30 min on the Arc Trainer which is double the time I had done my previous time. I felt like I was going to puke but I burned nearly 400 calories! Yay Me!

My goal is an hour + on the Arc. It'll be tough but provide the biggest pay off.

So, since I have all this new found energy I'm finding myself becoming a tad addicted to exercising. So, to feed my addiction my daughter and I danced in our living room tonight. Crazy dance, imitation dance, and this...


 

OMG! This...in a previous video of this same dance Jessica Byrge says "this is going to make you want to cut your legs off". She's right! Tomorrow is Weigh in day. **Fingers Crossed** I'm down something, anything!
