Push and weigh-in.

So I waI s the I'manger at the gym again today. Workout partner haI've  to work (boo!I'm So I made the commitment to make it worth my while. I started out at 30 min. With 2 min. left I pushed it up 5 more. Then at 2 min. left I pushed it up by 5 again. I was dying but I made it. :D
40 min. and 454 calories. Only 20 more minutes and I'll have reached my first goal of 1 hr on the Arc Trainer!! Goodbye calories, Goodbye lbs. Hello smaller, healthier me!

So, I said today is weigh-in day. Yippy... :/

So, drum roll........
I've lost 1lb.
I'm at 184.2. 
Not a drastic change but it's something and i'm beyond proud that I've made it this far without giving up. I still get up in the morning.and go, and WANT to go!
